Tenaya Returns & Warranties

Hey there! We want to make sure you’re happy with your Tenaya gear. Our returns are handled by Liberty Mountain Sports, LLC. Here’s what you need to know:

How Returns Work

Only for items bought directly from Tenaya USA

If you bought your Tenaya gear directly from us, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund (not including shipping). Here's what you need to know:

  • If you need to return something, you’ll need a Return Authorization number (R.A.#) from the Liberty Mountain Returns Team.
  • Write this R.A.# clearly on the outside of your return package to make sure we process it correctly.
  • If you send something back without an R.A.#, we may charge a 15% restocking fee.
  • The item must be brand new never worn, used, or dirty.
  • It must come back in the original packaging.

We can’t accept returns on anything that’s been used, worn, or shows signs of chalk, dirt, or wear.

What "Brand New" Means

The product must be:

  • Unused
  • Clean (no chalk, dirt, or wear)
  • In the same condition you got it

If it’s not in brand new condition, we can’t refund it and we’ll send it back to you.

Warranty & Replacements

  • If your item is defective, Liberty Mountain will decide whether to repair it, replace it, or give you store credit.
  • Warranty work is only available for U.S. customers and takes about 10-15 business days.
  • If you bought a large special order or discontinued item, it can’t be returned.
  • Warranty is valid for individual only. No groups or fleets. 

Other Important Details

  • If you refuse a package or provide the wrong address, you may be charged a 15-75% restocking fee.
  • Non-defective returns must be within 30 days
